Troy Kuisle brings nearly 40 years of real estate experience across commercial leasing, residential sales, and national referral operations. He began his career in 1986 at his family’s Phoenix development firm, gaining hands‑on experience in property management. In 1989, he became a licensed California real estate agent and specialized in commercial leasing of industrial and R&D office space in the Miramar and Kearny Mesa areas of San Diego. In 2000, Troy transitioned into residential real estate and built a strong production record in the San Diego market. He later spent more than 20 years as Referral Manager for BHHS California Properties, supporting over 2,800 agents, managing thousands of nationwide buyer and seller referrals, and overseeing more than $20M in REO asset dispositions. Today, as Relocation Director & Client Services Manager at BHHS Results Realty, Troy assists clients moving to and from the Orlando area with steady guidance, market insight, and clear communication.
