With nearly 40 years of real estate experience, Troy Kuisle’s career spans commercial leasing, residential sales, and national referral operations. Starting in his family's Phoenix development firm, he gained hands-on property management expertise before becoming a licensed California agent in 1989, specializing in industrial and R&D leasing in San Diego’s Mira Mar and Kearny Mesa. Transitioning to residential sales in 2000, he earned a strong local reputation and supported thousands of agents as Referral Manager, overseeing over $20M in REO assets.
